Charlie Chaplin is a mixed media artwork with acrylic paint, stencils (graffiti) and spray paint by Mr. Brainwash. True to his leitmotif “Life is Beautiful”, the world famous comedian is of course ideally suited to convey this message. Born as Charlie Spencer Chaplin, Charlie Chaplin is considered one of the greatest comedians who have ever been in the world. A world-famous personality, he is known for his exceptional comic timing and ability to speak without words. In the history of motion pictures, Charlie Chaplin is one of the most significant personalities. Among the multitude of characters portrayed by Charlie Chaplin, one of the most important was the role of the tramp. However, his characters in the roles he played were also often firemen, salesmen, waiters, etc. A more apt description of his character portrayal would be that of the archetypal outsider, usually ostracized by “fine society,” unlucky in love, and the like. He was also portrayed as a survivor, someone able to wriggle out of his troubles and blithely set off on new adventures.
